"We contacted Tileology, inquiring about re-grouting the tile surrounding our 1950s bathroom's bath tub. An employee came to our home at our convenience to give us a free estimate and timeline regarding the project. While he was there, he explained the process to us and suggested that we consider re-coating our existing bath tub, rather than replacing it. We were able to set up an appointment two weeks after the estimate date to have everything completed in two days.
While prepping the bath tub for its new enamel, the worker discovered that it would be best to re-grout our tile first because many of the tiles were coming off of the wall . We were able to re-schedule our bath tub re-finishing for a week later.
Once the bath tub was finished, it looked like a brand new bath tub. It is still sparkling like new and is so easy to clean! Soap residues wipe right off of the bath tub!
The employee who did the tile re-grouting did an excellent job, as well. He went out of his way to re-grout the tile in the rest of our bathroom that needed touched up at no additional cost. He also cleaned the tile, which restored it to its original state and made it easier to clean, as well.
The service that we received from Tileology exceeded our expectations. All workers were knowledgeable, hard-working, prompt, and friendly. They also were respectful of our home; they laid drop cloths down so our carpet would not get dirty and cleaned up their messes. Besides receiving excellent service from Tileology, we received an education on how to best care for our tile and bath tub to keep it looking as great as it did after being re-finished. Today, five months later, everything still appears as wonderful as it did when it was re-finished. We have already recommended Tileology to several of our family members and friends."

"After making our rounds at the big box stores looking for the right tile for our kitchen backsplash, we decided to schedule a visit to Tileology. As soon as we walked into the showroom we knew we made the right decision and should have come here first. There is an extensive display of tile products in their showroom. It was by far superior to any tile stores in our area. Cindy listened to what our objectives were regarding type, style, and color of backsplash and proceeded to provide us with many options to select from. Cindy provided suggestions and observations based on what tile type and color we were favoring, she answered all of our questions quickly and competently, and we ended up selecting a perfect tile for our kitchen.
Ken was very responsive in coordinating the installation, actually being able to move our install ahead of the original date. Ken provided great information and feedback regarding preparing the area for the tile installation. Our tile installer, Piotr, did a fantastic job, his master skill set, work ethic, and attention to detail was evident as soon as he started. He offered options and recommendations in regards to the layout of the tile. The end result was amazing. Our overall experience with Tileology was excellent, from the large quantity of tile samples and options that are available to see and touch in their showroom, the coordination and scheduling of the project, and the focus on the smallest details of the installation, we are extremely satisfied with the end result.

"I was very pleased with my whole experience. Tileology's show room is beautiful. I was overwhelmed (in a good way) with my choices so Megan, the designer, helped me to narrow it down. I was able to take 3 sample boards home to see how they would look in my kitchen with my newly installed granite countertop. Once I had chosen the sample board I liked best, Megan was able to come up with a design that would fit my back splash area. On installation day I could not have asked for a nicer installer. Peter spoke with me before he started to make sure I knew exactly how he planned to install the tiles, working the design around my electrical plugs and windows. He did a beautiful job and he even came back the next day on a Saturday to finish the grouting, as I was going to be out of town on Monday. I am thrilled with my new back splash and everyone I worked with at Tileology. I would highly recommend Ken and his knowledgeable staff."
